Constraints
-If the rabbit is being used, so is the cat. Most Asian countries use the rabbit to mark the 2023 Lunar New Year, but Vietnam uses the cat.
-Video overall is 20 seconds, but has to be still for 8-10 seconds for a photo op
-Is replayable.

The lottie file didn't allow for any blurring, nor 3d renderings, so after many trials it was adjusted to fit Lottie's constraints.
